2 Indicted On Nashua Shooting Charges: Hillsborough County Court
Men indicted on robbery charges; Hudson man indicted on indecent exposure charge; Francestown man faces threat charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Natalie Anderson, 34, of Manchester Street in Nashua on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, alprazolam, buprenorphine, and methamphetamine on March 15 and March 26 in Nashua.
Ryan Barden, 29, of North Main Street in Concord on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, heroin, and suboxone after an incident on March 15 in Hudson.

Brandon Barlow, 34, of Pacific Boulevard in Nashua on acts prohibited-fentanyl and dispensing of a controlled drug-fentanyl, death resulting. Andrew Butler, 24, of Flint Pond Drive in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using fear of physical force to rob a person in Nashua on March 3.

Angel Centeno, 19, of Amory Street in Nashua on a felony possession of MDMA charge on Feb. 25 in Nashua.
Stephen Dionne, 62, of Cherry Street in Nashua on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening a family member with a hammer saying, "I'm going to get my money either way," or something to that effect on Feb. 24 in Nashua.
Jose Flores, 24, of Myrtle Street in Nashua on falsifying physical evidence and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. On March 5, he was accused of working in concert with Jan Garcia and Nathan Flores by providing transportation for them while they allegedly discharged firearms multiple times around Nashua and then discarded the guns.
Zachary Frost, 28, of New Boston Road in Francestown on counts of criminal threatening and one of tampering with witnesses, all felonies. He was accused of terrorizing a woman by sending her threatening letters on March 2, March 4, and March 24 saying he would burn down her office building, that he had an AR-15 with her name on it, that he would run her car off the road, and that he would use nitroglycerin, blasting caps, and black powder to commit arson at her former office building, and threatening her if she cooperated with Nashua police.
Ernie Garcia-Cintron, 19, of Perham Street in Nashua on a felony accomplice to robbery charge. He was accused of pinning a man's arms behind his back to steal earbuds from him with another man assisting on a Nashua bike path on Sept. 21, 2020.
Jan Garcia or Jan Garcia-Rivera, 19, of Autumn Lead Drive in Nashua on two counts of felon in possession, falsifying physical evidence, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a firearm in Nashua on March 5 and then discarding the handgun. The teen is a felon due to a second-degree assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2020.
Jeffrey Gilpin, 39, of Dugout Road in Hudson on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of pleasuring himself in front of an underage teenager in Hudson on Jan. 23.
Amber Girouard, 35, of Ridge Street in Nashua on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and heroin, meth, and tramadol in Nashua on Feb. 11. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug charge in Nashua District Court in October 2016.
