3 Arrested in Connection with Vintage Vending Burglary

A woman was charged with receiving stolen property for selling jewelry in Nashua, which was reported stolen from a Londonderry home.

The Nashua Police Department have arrested three people in connection with a burglary at the Vintage Vending Co.

Police said Jennifer Vallier, 26, with no fixed address, was arrested May 28 and charged with burglary, a class B felony; receiving stolen property, a class A felony; and fraudulent use of a credit card, a class A misdemeanor.

Londonderry Police also had an outstanding arrest warrant for Vallier, for a theft charge.

Nashua police, two weeks ago, arrested Nicholas Nicolaides, 30, of 162 Pillsbury Road, Londonderry, and Nicholas Pearce, 24, of 23 Temple St., Apt. 317, Nashua, on a charge of burglary in connection with the burglary at Vintage Vending Co., at 25 Front St., 3rd Floor, in Nashua.

Detectives investigating the case later issued a warrant for Vallier's arrest. She was charged with receiving stolen property for selling jewelry in Nashua, which was reported stolen from a residence in Londonderry.

A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, exclusive of fines. A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years, exclusive of fines. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year, exclusive of fines.

Police said Vallier refused to have bail set and is being held pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
