Nashua Bear Sighting At Popular Park; Police Issue Alert
Nashua authorities said a bear was spotted Sunday in Mine Falls Park.

NASHUA, NH — A black bear was spotted in Nashua in Mine Falls Park Sunday and authorities issued an alert to the public. Bear sightings in Nashua are rare. A passerby caught the bear on camera and shared a video to social media (see below).

Bear sightings in Nashua are rare. Last year, Nashua police were forced to shoot and killed a bear that wandered downtown after a crowd followed it around and it became cornered.
