Big Papi David Ortiz In Nashua For Charity Event
Former Red Sox slugger David Ortiz will appear at the Nashua state liquor store for a children's charity event.

NASHUA, NH — Former Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz will be in Nashua Tuesday for a charity event at the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet on the Daniel Webster Highway. Ortiz is scheduled to appear from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for a bottle-signing event to benefit his children's charity.
The event is being held in conjunction with New Hampshire Wine Week. Proceeds from Ortiz's appearance will benefit the David Ortiz Children's Fund.

- "Ortiz will sign a single bottle of Arias Wine for the first 130 NHLC customers who reserve a pre-packed mixed case of Arias Wine online at: www.nhwineweek.com/ortiz
- To reserve a spot, customers must purchase a $10 ticket online that serves as a voucher for a case of Arias Wine. Customers can only reserve a spot online and each ticket admits one.
- Customers must present their receipt to NHLC staff to have a bottle signed. The $10 voucher will be applied to the cost of the case of wine. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
- Pre-packed mixed cases will consist of three bottles each of Arias Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. Arias Wines are currently on sale for $10.99 per bottle; the regular price is $14.99 per bottle. NHLC is also offering a 15-percent-off Customer Appreciation Sale, bringing the total cost of a case of Arias Wine to $112.08.
