Body of Fallen Marine Brandon Garabrant Returns Home

The body of Lance Cpl. Brandon J. Garabrant will return to New Hampshire on June 28 and an escort will proceed to his home town of Peterborough.

Garabrant, a 2013 ConVal High School graduate, was killed by in Afghanistan.

His body is scheduled to arrive at the Wiggins Terminal at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport on Saturday at 11 a.m.

After a brief ceremony at the airport, Garabrant will be escorted by several police, fire officials, marines and members of the Patriot Guard to the Jellison Funeral Home in Peterborough, according to Londonderry Police.

Departure from the airport will be at approximately 11:45 a.m. via the Ray Wieczorek Bridge to Route 3, South onto Route 101A to Route 101 West.
