Car Goes Airborne And Crashes Into Nashua Building
An elderly woman went through a guard rail and hit a building in Nashua Tuesday.
NASHUA NH — A woman in her 80s was in a parking on Ledgewood Hills Drive in Nashua and for unknown reasons went thru a guardrail, over a stone wall, and into the side of a building Tuesday.
Nashua firefighters and police were called to a motor vehicle accident in Nashua Tuesday in the area of Laurel Court and Ledgewood Hills Drive. When they arrived, they found an elderly woman had driven off a parking lot wall into a building on Ledgewood Drive.
The woman remained in the car awaiting the arrival of Nashua Fire Rescue and EMS to assist her. Nashua Fire Rescue stabilized the vehicle with support posts and chains. Other firefighters stretched a hose line due to the potential of the gas tank being compromised, and there were chemicals in the building she hit.

The woman was then safely removed from the car and taken to the hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
Nashua Fire requested the building department to the scene to review the damage.
