Crunch Time for Nashua Budget Writers
Mayor and Board of Aldermen review education budget June 12. Saturday is commencement day for Nashua high schools.
Here are some of the city and school meetings this week as the Nashua Board of Aldermen continues to review expenditures and revenues.
June 9
Budget Review Committee, 7 p.m., Nashua City Hall, Aldermanic Chambers. Departmental reviews, including Financial Services and Public Library.
June 10
- Zoning Board of Adjustment, 6:30 p.m., City Hall Auditorium.
- Personnel / Administrative Affairs Committee, 7 p.m., Aldermanic Chamber.
- Board of Aldermen, 7:30 p.m., Aldermanic Chamber. The board's agenda, including, under new business, a resolution to approve a contract with the Institute for Human Centered Design for the "purpose of designing the Legacy Playground."
Budget Review Committee, 7 p.m., Aldermanic Chamber.  The agenda includes School budget review.
June 14
Graduation Day for Nashua High School North and Nashua High School South at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester.
