Four Arrested In Nashua Drug Sting
Nashua Police on Tuesday arrested three locals and one Merrimack resident on drug related charges.

NASHUA, N.H. - Nashua Police on Tuesday arrested three locals and one Merrimack resident on drug related charges after conducting a Operation Granite Shield sting.
According to Nashua Police, the arrests came at the conclusion of extensive investigations into the distribution of illegal drugs in Nashua.
- Max Brown, Age 38, of 3 Cross Street, Apartment 1, Nashua was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited, Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony and one count of Acts Prohibited, Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Brown will face enhanced penalties due to his prior conviction. Brown was held 25,000 cash or surety bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on May 30.
- Joanne Harden, Age 28, of 3 Cross Street, Apartment 1, Nashua was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited, Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin , Second Offense, Felony and one count of Acts Prohibited, Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Harden will face enhanced penalties due to her prior conviction. Harden was held 25,000 cash or surety bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on May 30.
- Clifton Dubois, Age 44, of 147 Turkey Hill Road, Merrimack, NH was arrested on a Capias warrant issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South for Failure to Appear to Arraignment on the original charge of Acts Prohibited: Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin. Dubois was held on $650 dollars cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on May 30.
- Karay Branch, Age 34, of 7 Mason Street, Apartment E, Nashua was charged with Acts Prohibited, Possession of a Controlled Drug, Suboxone, Felony, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, Gabapentin, Misdemeanor and an electronic bench warrant issued by the 9th Circuit- Milford District Court. Branch refused bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on May 30.
These arrests came at the conclusion of extensive investigations into the distribution of illegal drugs in Nashua and were made possible through funding provided by the Granite Shield program.
