Fourth of July Fireworks at Holman Stadium

UPDATE, July 3, 2014:  Due to the weather forecast, the city of Nashua has postponed the Fourth of July fireworks until Saturday, July 5, at Holman Stadium.

Fourth of July celebrations at Holman Park in Nashua start off with a Children's Field Day at 10 a.m. and concluded with fireworks at dusk.

The Independence Day schedule at Holman Park, according to City Hall:

• 10 a.m. – Children's Field Day, including carnival games, snow cones, caricaturist, face painting, bounce houses and relay races (in outfield at Holman Stadium).
• 6 p.m. – U.S. Army Rock Band "Blues Aces" concert
• 8 p.m. – Nashua Hall of Fame Induction ceremony
• 8:30 p.m. – Spartans Drum & Bugle Corp.
• Nightfall – FIREWORKS!!

The rain date – for the fireworks only – is Saturday, July 5.
