Granite Shield Drug Sting Nets 14 in New Hampshire

NASHUA, N.H. - Nashua Police netted 14 people in an Operation Granite Shield drug sting this week.

According to police, the individuals are residents of Nashua, Manchester, Hudson, and Lawrence, Mass.

• Michael Curran, age 29, of 461 Belmont Street, Manchester, NH, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of Controlled Drug, Modafinil, Second Offense, Felony, a Hillsborough County Capais, and an Electronic Bench Warrant. Curran refused bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Stephen Marshall, age 36, of 455 Willow Street, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with three counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Marshall refused bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Olivia Fitzwater Duran, age 24, of 3 Dana Court, Hudson, NH, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Duran refused bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Daniel Ganley, age 21, of 68 Walnut Street, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with Carrying and Selling Weapons, Misdemeanor. Ganley was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on June 14.
• Chantel Labounty, age 25, of 12 Worcester Street, Apartment B, Nashua, NH, was arrested for a Probation Violation Warrant. Labounty was held without bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Danielle Brogna, age 23, of 66 Ash Street, Apartment A, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Brogna was released on $200.00 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on June 07.
• Emylee Disario, age 29, of 84 Newton Drive, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of Controlled, Clonazepam, Felony, and Acts Prohibited; Possession of Controlled Drug, Methadone, Felony. Disario was released on $300.00 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on June 07.
• Steven Lavoie, age 35, of 9 Kessler Farm Drive, Apartment 221, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Lavoie was held on $40,000 cash/surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Russell Scruggs, age 52, of 90 Chandler Street, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Methadone Hydrochloride, Felony. Scruggs was released on $200.00 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on June 07.
• Benjamin Booker, age 45, of 12 Mason Street, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Felony. Booker was held on $500.00 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Eulises Rivera, age 38, of 52 Manchester Street, Apartment 3, Lawrence, MA, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony, Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony, and Acts Prohibited; Possession of Controlled Drug, Suboxone, Second Offense, Felony. Rivera was held on $25,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Lance Quinerly, age 38, of 53 West Street, Manchester, NH, was arrested and charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony. Quinerly was held on $50,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Natasha Provencal, age 33, of 15 Railroad Square, Apartment 8, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with Common Nuisances, Felony. Provencal was held on $30,000 cash/surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
• Marc Berry, age 24, of 13 Foxmeadow Road, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Felony. Berry was held on $30,000 cash/surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 18.
