Hillsborough County Indictments: Arson Charges for Manchester Man
The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
- Christina Asbury of Manchester, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl and sunbonnet in Manchester.
- Avery Barnes of Rindge, NH was indicted for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute in Manchester. Barnes was also indicted for falsifying evidence by throwing away a bag of meth into nearby bushes when he was arrested.
- Tucker Bean of Manchester, NH was indicted for arson in Manchester. Police said he lit a fire in Coldstone Creamery dumpster causing over $1,000 in damage.
- Kyle Bisson of Manchester, NH was indicted for receiving stolen property in Bedford.
- Scott Boyd of Manchester, NH was indicted for failing to update his sex offender registry information in Manchester.
- Jarad Briles of Manchester, NH was incidted for theft at the Market Basket in Manchester.
- Delon Buco of Manchester, NH was indicted for criminal threatening for calling the Eliot Hospital pediatric unit nursing staff and saying "you're going to burn... it's going to burn."
- Christian Bumwe of Manchster, NH was indicted for second degree assault for choking a person in a domestic violence incident.
- Kevin Burke of Penacook, NH was indicted for theft after stealing seven Milwaukee Trick Trackers, a Bosch Laser Level and door locks from Home Depot.
- Jeanne Call of Manchester was indicted for possession of crack cocaine and fentanyl in Manchester.
- Denis Camdzic of Manchester, NH was arrested for possesion of fentanyl in Manchester.
- Jessie Carter of Hillsborough, NH was indicted for rioting. Police said Carter shouted at officers, jumped on one's back and kicked another in the groin while resisting arrest.
- James Cassidy of Manchester, NH was indictd for posssesion of cocaine and fentanyl ith intent to distribute in Manchester.
Gabriel Chaplin of West Newbury, MA was indicted on four counts of first degree assualt and eight counts of second degree assault in Amherst. According to court records, Chaplin broke his intimate partner's rib, spine, nose and damaged her lungs when he attacked her. - James Chase of Manchester, NH was indited for sale of crack cocaine to an individual working with the Manchester Police Dept.
- David Childs of Manchester was indicted for stalking, in violation of a bail order in Manchester.
- Michael Chouinard of Deering, NH was indicted for criminal threatening after waving a gun around in front of an intimate partner in Deering.
