Hillsborough Indictments: Man Assaulted, Drugged, Stripped Naked
The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

NASHUA, N.H. — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
- Jeffrey Allen of Nashua, NH, was indicted on two counts for failing to report a change of address as a sexual offender in Manchester on Mar. 16.
- Saturn Alleyne, of Gilford, NH, was indicted for possession of methamphetamine in Nashua on Mar. 4.
- Jorge Alvarado, of Manchester, NH, was indicted for taking over $1,500 in merchandise from the Nashua Victoria Secret on Oct. 18, 2017. He was indicted for stealing $1,000 from the store again on Nov. 17 and 26, 2017.
- Jason Archie of Shirley, MA was indicted for burglary in Nashua after he entered Southern New Hampshire Health after the building was closed on May 5, 2017.
- Michael Bailey of Hudson, NH was indicted for indecent exposure for rubbing his crotch knowing a child under 16 was present on Aug. 10, 2017 in Hudson.
- Kaysha Barriffe of Nashua, NH was indicted for first degree assault for stabbing the father of her children above his knee on Mar 19, 2018 in Nashua. Barriffe was also indicted on attempted first degree assault for stabbing at his groin area, slicing his pants in the act.
- Barriffe is also facing charges for tampering with a witness.
- Scott Bourque, of Dracut, MA was indicted for aggravated driving while intoxicated after crashing his car and breaking his ankle on Dec. 23, 2016 in Nashua. He is also being charged with driving after revocation.
- Dianna Brooks of Merrimack, NH was indited for possession of fentanyl on Feb. 15, 2018 in Nashua.
- Patrick Buchanan of Tilton, NH was indicted for unemployment fraud after failing to report he was working with Tractor Supply Co and Rite Aid on May 15, 2018 in Nashua.
- Tyler Burley of Hudson, NH was indicted for criminal threatening after raising a knife above a person's head and threatening him on Jan. 24, 2018 in Hudson.
- James Burton of Hudson, NH was indicted for first degree assault and reckless conduct after striking a person with his car on Mar. 31, 2018 in Hudson. Burton was also indicted for first degree assault for hitting the man's leg with a baseball bat. Burton was also indicted for conduct after an accident for failing to stop after the crash.
- Faith Byers of Hudson, NH was indicted for identity fraud after posing as another woman to open up a JC Penny credit card oin Apr. 1, 2016 in Hudson. She was also indicted on several more counts of identity fraud for opening up credit cards from Overstock, Wayfair, Capital One Kohl's, Walmart, Amazon, Comentiy Bank Boscovs and Best Buy in another woman's name.
- Jessica Cain of Manchester, NH was indicted for selling fentanyl on Apr. 5 and 6, 2018 in Merrimack. She was also indicted for possession fentanyl and methamphetamine. Cain was also indicted for falsifying evidence by concealing drugs in her bra.
- Laura Cameron of Nashua, NH was indicted for burglary for giving a man a ride to New Hampshire Health, knowing he was going to commit burglary on May 5, 2017 in Nashua.
- Donald Charest of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of cocaine, in violation of his probation on Mar. 14, 2018 in Nashua.
- James Ciampa of Nashua, NH was indicted on 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images from Apr. 18, 2016 in Nashua.
- Dewayne Clubb of Nashua, NH was indicted for criminal threatening for yelling at a woman and approaching her with a knife on Apr. 11, 2018 in Nashua.
- Scott Collier of Nashua, NH was arrested for possession of crack cocaine, in violation of his probation on Mar. 22, 2018.
- Christopher Dallas-Koziol of Nashua, NH was indicted for second degree assault after repeatedly assaulting a person, stripping him naked and forcing him to ingest drugs, then pouring lighter fluid on him on Oct. 22, 2017 in Nashua. He was also indicted on charges of criminal restraint for keeping the man at his apartment during the altercation.
- Raul Delgado of Salem, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl, in violation of his probation on Mar. 14, 2018 in Nashua.
- Scott Farnsworth of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl on Mar. 29, 2018.
- Jesus Fontanez of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of methlylenedioxymethamphetamine, in violation with his probation on May 4, 2017 in Nashua. He was also indicted for possession of methamphetamine.
- Adam Gagnon of Manchester, NH was indicted for driving while deemed a habitual offender on Mar. 26, 2018 in Nashua.
- Giancarlos Gomex of Leominster, MA was indicted for possession of MDMA and LSD on Apr. 6, 2018 in Hollis.
- Scott Griffin of Nashua, NH was indicted for failure to register as a sex offender on Jan. 8, 2018 in Nashua.
- Ernest Hardy of Nashua, NH was indicted for providing false information to the Nashua PD while required to register as a sex offender on Dec. 31, 2017 in Nashua.
- David Hinds of Lowell, MA was indicted on second degree assault for stabbing a person in the back with a knife on Mar. 25, 2018 in Nashua. Hinds was also indicted on several more counts of first and second degree assault foo repeatedly stabbing the person in the back.
