Hillsborough South Indictments: 13-Year-Old Sexually Assaulted

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

NASHUA, N.H. - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

  • Matthew Claver of Candia, N.H. was indicted for reckless conduct stemming from an incident where he allegedly gave someone an almost fatal dose of fentanyl.
  • Lianne Davis of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for identity fraud in Bedford. Davis allegedly opened up a credit card in someone else's name. She was also charged with receiving stolen property, the woman's id.
  • Carlos Delgado of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for heroin possession with the intent to distribute. He was also indicted with charged with marijuana and cocaine possession and felonious use of a firearm, 9mm handgun.
  • Melissa Dimond of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute. Dimond was also charged with possession of controlled drugs, alprazolam and clonazepam and possession of crack cocaine.
  • Nahum Dimond of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for operating a vehicle as a habitual offender. Dimond allegedly drove the wrong way on Union Street in Manchester.
  • Anthony Dow of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking in Bedford. Dow was charged with taking more than $1,000 in merchandise from a Target. Dow was also charged with criminal threatening for holding a knife to someone and stating "I'm going to kill you."
  • Victoria Duford of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for sale of fentanyl to a an individual working with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office in Manchester. Duford was also charged with sale of meth and possession of fentanyl.
  • Jessica Dustin of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for criminal threatening after brandishing a knife in Manchester.
  • Robert Eastman of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for escaping the Calumet Halfway house after failing to return after a work shift.
  • Stephen Edgerly of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for escaping the Calumet Halfway house after failing to return after a work shift.
  • Stephen Elliott of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for possession of crack cocaine in Manchester.
  • Christina Emond of Bennington, N.H. was indicted for attempted theft in Amherst. Emond allegedly took merchandise from a Wal-Mart while armed with a firearm.
  • Ramon Fernandes of Manchester, N.H. was indicted for aggravated felonious sexual assault in Manchester after engaging in sexual acts with a 13-year-old in Manchester. Fernandes was also indicted for felonious sexual assault for making the girl touch him inappropriately.
