Hillsborough South Indictments: Residents Caught With Fentanyl
The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

NASHUA, N.H. - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
- Robert Hollins of Nashua, NH was indicted for driving while being a habitual offender in Nashua on Mar. 9.
- Jorge Huertas of Lowell, MA was arrested for theft in Nashua on Jan 5. According to court documents, Huertas illegally sold a dealer license plate to someone for $1,500.
- Adam Johnson of New Ipswich, NH was arrested for theft in Nashua on Mar. 7. Johnson allegedly took loose change from several parked cars. Johnson was convicted of theft in 2003 and 2006.
- Christopher Kerr of Nashua was indicted for growing marijuana in Nashua on Mar. 15.
- David Lamoureux of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of methamphetamine on Feb. 24 in Merrimack.
- Julio Lopez of Litchfield, NH was indicted for receiving stolen property and theft stemming from several incidents in March in which he allegedly stole a few laptops from Costco in Nashua.
- Robert Lowry of Litchfield, NH was indicted for issuing bad checks on Dec. 8, 2017 in Litchfield.
- Luis Santiago of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of cocaine on Mar. 15 in Nashua.
- Eric Magnussen of Hudson, NH was indicted for possession of a controlled anabolic steroids on Nov. 7, 2017 in Hudson.
- Coleman Marcus of Merrimack, NH was indicted on two counts of selling fentanyl and possession of fentanyl on Feb. 7 in Merrimack.
- Timothy McLaughlin of Bowcawen, NH was indicted for theft after stealing a debit card and taking out cash on Sept. 8, 2017 in Hudson.
- Jeanine Mickevich of Derry, NH was indicted for possession of cocaine and fentanyl on Mar. 20 in Nashua. Mickevich has previously been convicted for a misdemeanor drug possession in 2013.
- Joshua Morales of Merrimack was indicted on two counts of selling fentanul on Feb. 7 in Merrimack.
- Christopher Nadeau of Merrimack, NH was indicted for driving as a habitual offender on Mar. 9 in Nashua.
- Eddie Nolasco of Lowell, MA was indicted for selling pills and fentanyl to a Nashua Police Dept. agent on Mar. 22 on Nashua.
- Victoria Orrell of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl on Feb. 15 in Nashua. Orrell was also indicted for selling fentanyl.
- Pedro Padro of Nashua, NH was indixted for driving as a habitual offender on Mar. 2 in Nashua.
- Nicholas Pinkham of Nashua, NH was indicted for burglary on Dec. 30, 2017 in Merrimack. Pinkaham allegedly entered a Patriots Car Wash after hours in Merrimack.
- Andy Pittaluga of Hudson, NH was indicted for theft on Jan 27 in Nashua. Pittaluga allegedly stole 10 iPad minis from Greenbriar Healthcare in Nashua. He was also charged with burglary for entering the building after hours.
- Tiffinie Portinari of Merrimack, NH was indicted for driving while being a habitual offender on May 2 in Merrimack.
- Madily Regis of Hudson, NH was indicted for receiving stolen property in December of 2017. Regis allegedly sold three rings knowing they'd been stolen.
- Melvin Reyes of Nashua, NH was indicted for receiving stolen property on Feb. 26 in Hudson. According to court documents, Reyes took a Nissan Sentra from another man.
- Jamelle Sattiewhite of Whittinville, MAs was indicted for discarding a bag of marijuana on Mar. 11 in Merrimack. Sattiewhie was also indicted for driving while being a habitual offender.
- Joshua Simard of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl on Jan. 13 in Nashua. He was also indicted for falsifying evidence by swallowing a bag of drugs.
