Hudson Man Charged with Indecent Exposure, Lewdness

Nashua Police say the man accused of the act in front of a child is scheduled to be arraigned June 25.

The Nashua Police Department has arrested a Hudson man on charges of indecent exposure and lewdness for "exposing his genitals and performing sexual acts to himself in the presence of a child" under 16.

Police said Luc Carrier, 58, of 41 Bush Hill Road, Hudson, was arrested June 24 on the allegations first reported May 23 to the Division of Children, Youth and Families.

A warrant was issued for his arrest and police said he was later located in Vermont and taken into custody as a fugitive from justice.

Carrier was brought back to Nashua by Nashua Police and charged with the Class B felony, which is punishable by up to one year in prison, exclusive of fines.

Carrier was scheduled to be arraigned June 25.
