The upcoming planning board meeting on Wednesday, March 24th, may be the LAST opportunity for public comment on the proposed Hudson Logistics Center. Hillwood has completed their presentation, and now is the time for all of us to weigh in on what has been presented.
Does this project meet ALL of the REQUIREMENTS defined in the town's zoning ordinances?
- Does it diminish property values?
- Does it fail to adequately mitigate traffic in an already congested area?
- Does it take away from the character of Hudson?
- Does it unnecessarily impact wetlands and wildlife in the area?
An answer of yes to ANY of these questions means this project should NOT be approved. That's the LAW.

Please read attorney Amy Manzelli's statement on why this proposal does not meet these requirements.
Don't miss your last chance to let your voice be heard on this project. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person. If you don't have time to prepare comments, it is absolutely acceptable and encouraged to simply state that you agree with the comments of a previous speaker or Amy Manzelli's Closing Statement to the planning board.
