Jan. 13: Road Construction and Detours

Via the City of Nashua website.

Long-term Project: Burke Street
Please be advised that sewer work is being conducted on Burke Street. The work includes structural lining of the existing sewer, as well as installation of two new manholes and a new catch basin. Hours of operation will be from 7am to 5pm. This work is expected to be completed by the end of March 2014.

During the project, work zones will be set up on Burke Street to allow for cleaning and lining of the existing sewer line and for excavation and installation of the new manholes. Appropriate signage, cones and work zone protection will be used at all times during the project. Efforts to maintain normal traffic patterns throughout the area will be made. Please bear in mind that temporary changes to traffic patterns may occur. In order to maintain normal traffic patterns, temporary, no parking areas along Burke Street may become necessary.

The Division of Public Works appreciates your patience and cooperation as it completes this work. If you should have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to call Joe Mendola, City Project Engineer, at 603-589-3120.
