Man Charged with Forgery, Stealing Electronics
Marc White faces felony charges for allegedly forging a check in June.

Marc White, 37, of 14 Maple St., Nashua, was arrested Dec. 1 by Nashua Police on an arrest warrant for forgery, a class B felony.
In June, 2013 the Nashua Police Department took a report of a theft. The victim realized a bank account had been overdrafted which was caused by a check cashed with a forged signature. The check had been cashed at a bank in Nashua. Upon further investigation Marc White was identified as a suspect. During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that White was also responsible for stealing various electronics from a city residence in June of 2013. As a result White was additionally charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a class A misdemeanor.
A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A Class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to a year in jail, exclusive of fines. White was held at the Nashua Police Department on $5,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Court-Nashua District Division on December 2, 2013. Â Â
