Man Points Gun at Motorist Driving on West Hollis
Jeremy Belanger is charged with threatening another motorist with a handgun in traffic.

On October 10, 2013, at approximately 6 p.m., members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Operations Bureau arrested Jeremy Belanger, 21, of 15 ½ Kinsley St., Nashua, for Criminal Threatening, a class B felony.
The Nashua Police Department received a report that woman motorist was threatened by a man armed with a handgun near the intersection of Vine and West Hollis St. Belanger had pulled up alongside the vehicle driven by the 22 year old victim, shouted something at her, and then pointed the handgun at her. Belanger was identified as the suspect and was subsequently arrested.Â
Members of the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation and later recovered the handgun used at Belanger’s residence.

Belanger is being held at the Nashua Police Department on $3,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on October 11, 2013.
