Massachusetts Woman Injured When Vehicle Hits Dump Truck
A woman from Gardner struck a Hollis town dump-truck on Depot Road near Dow Road. The car rolled over injuring the occupant.
HOLLIS, NH — Hollis police, fire, and EMS responded to the area of Depot Road and Dow Road for a reported motor vehicle collision on Wednesday.
Dispatch reported the accident involved a passenger vehicle and a dump truck and that one of the occupants was trapped in the vehicle. Fire and police arrived to find a passenger vehicle on its roof, and an occupant inside the vehicle.
Hollis Police Sgt. Jon Tate said it was determined the vehicle had been traveling north in the southbound lane of travel on Depot Road. The car struck a town of Hollis dump truck that was traveling south. The collision caused the car to lose control and leave the roadway and rolled on its roof.

The driver of the passenger car was identified as Carolyn French, 77, of Gardner, Massachusetts.
French was transported to a local hospital for what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
