Massachusetts Man Indicted on Child Porn Charges
A Massachusetts man was indicted this week after allegedly exchanging graphic sexual photos and videos online with a young Nashua girl.

NASHUA, NH - A Massachusetts man was indicted this week after allegedly exchanging graphic sexual photos and videos online with a young New Hampshire girl. According to the Sun Chronicle, Marc F. Reposa, 50, of 14 Allen St., in Mansfield, was indicted on charges of possession of child pornography, posing a child in a sexual act, sending obscene matter to a minor and unnatural acts with a child.
Reposa was indicted by a Bristol County grand jury this week. No arraignment date was immediately scheduled.
Following his arrest April 5, Roposa was ordered held in jail by agreement after arraignment in Attleboro District Court. An innocent plea was entered on his behalf. The indictment transfers the case for prosecution in Fall River Superior Court.

Police say Reposa admitted to exchanging sexually graphic photos and videos with the Nashua, N.H. girl, now 12, for two years using Snapchat and Live.me apps.
He allegedly sent the girl messages professing his love for her before attempting to commit suicide. He was hospitalized and was arrested after his release. Reposa also allegedly admitting to purchasing gifts for the girl and other children he communicated with online.
