Merrimack Parents Indicted On Insurance Fraud Charges: Court
Nashua man accused of attempted rape of a boy; Litchfield man indicted on meth sale charge; Hudson woman indicted on a truck theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Amber Girouard, 35, of Ridge Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, burprenorphine and tramadol, after incidents in Nashua on Dec. 16, 2020, and Jan. 25. Previously, she was convicted for drug possession in October 2016 in Nashua District Court.
Alan C. Groff, 40, of Lake Street in Litchfield on sale of methamphetamine from Nov. 27, 2018, as well as possession of meth and possession of dextroamphetamine charges, all felonies, from March 3 in Nashua.

Victoria Herrera, 27, of no fixed address in Hudson, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 owned by EAN Holdings know that the truck had been stolen on March 31 in Hudson.
Jason Hugh Sr., 44, and Veronica Hugh, 41, of Railroad Avenue in Merrimack on a single felony insurance fraud charge each. They were accused of filing a disability claim on their son’s policy, saying he was disabled and unable to work, to defraud an insurer on Sept. 1, 2020, in Merrimack.

Ryan Keller, 34, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person on March 11 in Pelham. Read more about this case here: Police: Incident At Dunkin's Led To A Man Pointing A Gun At Woman
Felicia Kendall, 28, of Page Road in Litchfield on a felony possession of meth charge on March 30 in Nashua.
Riley LeBlanc, 20, of Clydesdale Avenue in Pelham on two felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges on March 18 in Pelham.
Eric Leppanen, 58, of Congress Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining or exercising the property of two people in Hollis and Nashua between October 2018 and March 2019.
Matthew Lolicata, 44, of Bosse Avenue in Manchester on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, alprazolam, fentanyl, and meth on Feb. 8. In February 2004, in Rockingham County, he was convicted on a drug-dealing charge.
Courtlandt Madison, 34, of Clocktower Place in Nashua on a felony attempted felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of using Grindr and WhatsApp to attempt to meet with an underage boy for sex between Aug. 20, and Aug. 21, 2019, in Nashua.
Crystal Mahoney, 28, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, alprazolam, clonazepam, and fentanyl on Feb. 17 in Nashua.
Julia Malczon, 30, of Ridge Street in Nashua on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and cocaine on Feb. 7 and Feb. 8 in Nashua.
