Nashua Man Accused Of Assaulting Elderly Woman: Indictments
Plus: Man indicted on fentanyl sales charges; Milford, Merrimack drug indictments; Greenville woman accused of setting a house on fire.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Eric Alvarez, 36, of Palm Street in Nashua on two felony sale of a fentanyl charges from Nov. 30, and Dec. 11, 2020, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2002.
Kristen Antonetty, 33, of Roedean Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl in Merrimack on May 6.

Stephen Balsam, 52, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge as well as criminal threatening, two obstructing report of a crime or injury counts, and four simple assault charges. He was accused of fracturing a woman’s orbital after striking her multiple times as well as spitting in her face, kicking her leg, pulling her hair, and putting his hands around her neck on April 2. Balsam was also accused of threatening to kill her in her sleep and kept her from a phone to call police for criminally trespassing in her home in Nashua. Joseph Belcourt, 47, of Denton Street in Nashua on common nuisances, possession fentanyl, and possession of buprenorphine charges, all felonies, on Nov. 15, 2020, and Feb. 22 in Nashua.

Nathan Bernard, 41, of Underhill Street in Nashua on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, methamphetamine, fluorofentanyl, and fentanyl on July 13, July 17, July 29, 2020, Feb. 18, April 15 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a drug charge in September 2004.
Peter De Jesus Guilfu, 30, of Fletcher Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-false prescription charge on April 8 in Nashua.
Crystal Difranco, 27, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth on April 6 in Milford.
Kimberly Duthie, 30, of Adam Hill Road in Greenville on arson and reckless conduct charges. She was accused of setting a house on fire in Greenville while there were people inside of the home on March 9.
Jill Ferreira, 50, of Maxwell Green in Somerville, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of failing to return and stopping payment of a Hertz Jeep Wrangler from Merrimack, rented in June 2020, on Jan. 11.
Nicole Flanagan, 20, of no fixed address in Milford, on two felony possession of meth charges on March 17 and June 17 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug sale charge in December 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Ernest Frobese, 80, of Concord Street in Nashua on two duty to report charges. He was accused of failure to report where he lived to Nashua police on Nov. 2, 2020, and Feb. 1.
Kisah Gervais, 34, of Abbott Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 23 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on a drug possession charge in January 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
