Nashua Man Arrested in Late Night Assault

NASHUA, N.H. - Nashua Police on Sunday arrested a local man for allegedly striking a man repeatedly on the head.

According to Nashua Police, Timothy Webster, 22, of Nashua, NH was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault-Domestic Violence and six counts of Domestic Violence-Simple Assault.

Police said officers responded to a home in Nashua just before 2 a.m. on June 3 and found a male acquaintance of Webster's with a head wound. After officers spoke to the victim and Webster, Webster was arrested and transported to the Nashua Police Department.

He is being held on $10,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on June 4.
