Nashua Sex Offenders Number 152: Registry

CONCORD, NH — Before children go out trick-or-treating on Halloween, now is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. Concord has 217 sex offenders living and/or working in town, according to the New Hampshire Sex Offender Registry. There are 452 sex offenders in Manchester, New Hampshire's most populous city. Concord, the third-most-populous, has 217 sex offenders. Nashua is the second-most-populous in the Granite State.

In New Hampshire, sex offenders are not specifically prohibited from handing out candy on Halloween. Other states like Illinois do prohibit sex offenders from handing out candy on Halloween. Officials stressed it is illegal to use sex offender registration information to commit a crime, such as harassing an offender or vandalizing his/her home.
