Nashua PD Nab Mass. Man Wanted on Attempted Murder Charge
Kevin Palmer was held without bail.

Kevin Palmer, 42, of 10 Memory Lane, North Reading, Mass., was arrested by Nashua Police on January 25 at approximately 4:17 p.m. charged with being a fugitive from justice. Â
Palmer is wanted by North Reading Police on attempted murder charges.
Palmer was apprehended during a motor vehicle stop by Nashua Police when a records check showed an active warrant for Palmer  issued January 24, on attempted murder and assault and battery charges.Â

Palmer was subsequently arrested on the outstanding warrant and charged as a fugitive from justice by Nashua Police.Â
Palmer is being without bail pending arraignment on January 27, 2014 in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court and extradition to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Â

According to this story on North Reading Patch, Woburn District Court issued the arrest warrant for Palmer in connection to a reported assault and battery in North Reading on Jan. 24, in which Palmer allegedly left the scene before police arrived.
