Nashua Police Arrest 4 On Drug Charges
The Combined Drug Impact Initiative arrested Patryk Henry on drug dealing, gun possession charges; two others also accused of selling drugs.

NASHUA, NH — Earlier this week, Nashua police arrested four men on various charges, including drug possession, drug sales, and weapons possession, as part of a Combined Drug Impact effort by the department. The initiative, which was held on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Patryk Henry, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on two counts of possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent offense and two counts of felony in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm, all felonies, as well as disobeying an officer and a probation violation warrant.
“Henry’s arrest was a result of an investigation initiated by members of the Uniform Field Operations Bureau, who came into contact with Henry during an investigative stop,” said Lt. Joshua Albert, of the narcotics intelligence division for the department. “This stop resulted in the arrest of Henry on the outstanding probation violation warrant.”

Police accused Henry of having heroin-fentanyl, oxycodone hydrochloride, crack cocaine, and alprazolam in his vehicle and on his persons. The quantities, Albert said, were “indicative of being possessed for distribution purposes.”
During the course of the investigation after the stop, police said they found two firearms in Henry’s vehicle. He was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Thursday.

Jorge Medina Velasquez, 27, of Commercial Street in Nashua was arrested on two felony counts of sale heroin-fentanyl. He was arrested on a warrant after an investigation that began in April. Velasquez will be arraigned in superior court at a later date.
Timothy Belden, 67, of Orange Street in Nashua was also arrested on a single felony count of sale of a crack cocaine-subsequent offense. He was arrested on a warrant after an investigation that began in January. Belden will be arraigned in superior court at a later date.
Jeffrey Shepard, 39, of no fixed address, was arrested on a single possession of heroin-fentanyl charge, a felony, and a marijuana possession violation, accused of possessing less than 21 grams of the plant. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop, refused bail, and was arraigned on Tuesday.
