Nashua Police: Local Man Arrested After Road Rage Incident
Nashua Police arrested a local man on assault and threatening charges after a road rage incident last week.

NASHUA, NH - Nashua Police arrested a local man on several charges including simple assault and criminal threatening after a road rage incident.
According to police, Brian McPherson, age 57, of 10 Boulder Circle in Nashua, NH allegedly threatened a man while in possession of a handgun after he pulled the man over while driving. in Concord. Police said the victim reported being physically assaulted and threatened on Apr. 22.
Police identified McPherson and responded to his home where, after a brief period of time talking with police, he exited.

After an investigation, police found an undisclosed quantity of marijuana.
McPherson was charged with Resisting Arrest/Detention, Simple Assault, Criminal Threatening and Possession of a Controlled Drug (Marijuana) with Intent to Distribute.

He was released from the Nashua Police Dept. on $10,000.00 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for an arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on May 10.
