Nashua Police: Local Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

A Nashua man was recently arrested for indecent exposure.

NASHUA, NH - A Nashua man was arrested for indecent exposure after incident with a juvenile.

According to Nashua Police, Russell Shalek, 30, of Nashua was arrested by Nashua PoliceDepartment’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau on Apr. 20. Police said they received a report of inappropriate behavior between Russell Shalek and a juvenile, who was known to him.

Based on the report, detectives with the Special Investigations Division were notified and furthered the investigation. As a result of the detective’s findings, a warrant was obtained and Shalek was arrested for Indecent Exposure and Lewdness, Class B Felony.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to 7 years in State prison, exclusive of fines.

Shalek was released on $2,500 cash or surety bail. He will be arraigned at the 9 th Circuit District Division Nashua Court on May 3, 2018.
