Nashua Police: Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure With Juvenile
Police arrested a Nashua man for indecent exposure this week after receiving a report from the Division of Children, Youth, and Families.
NASHUA, N.H. - Police arrested a Nashua man for indecent exposure this week after receiving a report from the Division of Children, Youth, and Families.
According to Nashua Police, Gavin Martein, 25, of Nashua was arrested on a warrant for Indecent Exposure and Lewdness, a Class B Felony on May 8 around 11:30 p.m.
Earlier in the day, police said they received a report from the Division of Children, Youth, and Families about inappropriate behavior between Martein and a juvenile female known to him. After an investigation, police detectives applied for and were granted an arrest warrant for Martein.

Martein is being held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on $10,000 cash bail pending his arraignment on May 9.
