Nashua Police: Nashua Man Arrested on Four Sexual Assault Charges
A Nashua man was picked up by Nashua Police after they responded to a report of past sexual assault.

NASHUA, NH - A Nashua man was arrested on an outstanding warrant stemming from an Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault,Class A Felony.
According to police, Fernando Serrano, age 34, of 22 Paxton Terrace in Nashua was arrested on Apr. 17 after patrol officers from the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau received a report of a sexual assault involving a juvenile.
According to a police report, the victim, known to Serrano, reported that Serrano sexually assaulted her over the course of several years.

An arrest warrant was issued for Serrano and he was subsequently taken into custody. Serrano was charged with 4 Counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, Class A Felony and 4 Counts of Sexual Assault, Class A Misdemeanor. Each Class A Felony is punishable up to 15 years in State Prison, exclusive of fines. Each Class A Misdemeanor is punishable up to 1 year in the County House of Corrections, exclusive of fines.
Serrano is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on $50,000 cash bail. He was scheduled to be arraigned at the 9 th Circuit District Division Nashua Court on Apr. 18 .
