Nashua Police: Sex Offender Failed to Update Info
Nashua Police arrested an area sex offender after he returned to an address in Nashua and failed to update his registry information.

NASHUA, NH - Nashua Police arrested an area sex offender after he returned to an address in Nashua and failed to update his registry information.
According to Nashua Police, James Labombard, 42, of Nashua, NH was arrested on a warrant for Duty to Report and another for Criminal Mischief on Apr. 3.
Police said Labombard was also charged with Criminal Mischief from a previous incident that occurred in Nashua with a female known to him.

Labombard also missed a court date at Salem District Court and an Electronic Bench Warrant was issued for his arrest.
Labombard was convicted of Felonious Sexual Assault from Hillsborough County Superior Court South in Nashua, New Hampshire on March 20, 1998. Based on that conviction, Labombard is required to register semi-annually as a Tier II Sex Offender for the remainder of his life.

Labombard has also been convicted of Duty to Report on July 28, 2005 from Hillsborough County Superior Court South in Nashua, New Hampshire. Thus any subsequent offense of Duty to Report or Duty to Inform is a Class A Felony.
A Class A Felony is punishable by up to fifteen years imprisonment, exclusive of fines.
Labombard was arraigned at Nashua District Court and Hillsborough Superior Court South in Nashua, both on Apr. 4.
