Nashua Police: Woman Stole Vacuum, Bit Security Guard
A Manchester woman is facing theft and assault charges for trying to steal a vacuum from Home Depot, then biting an employee.

NASHUA, N.H. - A New Hampshire woman is facing theft and assault charges for trying to steal a vacuum from Target, then biting an employee after being confronted.
According to Nashua Police, officers responded to the Target at the Pheasant Lane Mall for a shoplifting call on May 13.
Upon arrival, officers identified Dawn Russo, age 42, of Route 125 #115, Rochester, NH and Amber Millette, age 36, of 357 Kinnard Road #1A, Manchester, NH.

Police learned from on-site security that Russo had taken two Dyson vaccum cleaners from the store, but when confronted she pushed one officer and bit a second loss prevention officer on the chest. Police said Russo also stolen DeWalt power tools from Home Depot.
Russo was charged with two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Class B Felony, two counts of Simple Assault, Class A Misdemeanor, and a Capias warrant.

Millette, arrested on scene for her involvement in the thefts, was charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another to Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Class B Felony and Receiving Stolen Property, Class A Misdemeanor.
Russo had no bail and was arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court - South on May 14.
Millette’s bail was set at $5,000. She was arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court - South on May 14.
