Nashua Trash Pickup Delayed For Christmas

NASHUA, NH — Trash and recycling pickup in Nashua will be delayed one day this week for Christmas. There's no pickup for the Tuesday for the holiday. Service will resume Wednesday and all collections will be a day late the rest of the week.

"Excess holiday trash in bags will be picked up during the week after Christmas; bags must be placed at least three feet from the trash cart and cannot include bulky items or household cleanouts," city officials said in a notice. "Gift boxes and corrugated cardboard boxes may be flattened and recycled."
