Nashua Police have arrested Alexandre Amado, 20, of 15 Kessler Farm Dr. Apt. 303, in connection with a shooting Jan. 9 on Rochette Avenue.
Amado, who was already in custody on alleged drug sales charges, was charged with one count second degree assault.
The shooting, outside a residence at 6 Rochette Ave., left Danny Vorn, of Lowell, Mass., injured with a gunshot wound to the head.
Vorn remains in critical condition at Boston Medical Center, according to Nashua Police Lt. Denis Linehan.
Amado is expected to be arraigned Jan. 17 .
Police said there is another active warrant in this case, and additional arrest(s) are expected.
