Police Seek Public's Help in Finding Runaway Teen

The search for a Nashua teen who left home on Wednesday, upset with his mom over a situation at school, continues. 

Police believe Alex White is still in Nashua, possibly with friends. They urge the public to contact police if they have seen him or have a tip on where he might be at 603-594-3500.

Wednesday morning Alex's mom, Kay White, told Nashua Patch that her son had gotten into some trouble at school Tuesday, after using his phone to threaten another boy. 

She said her son has been the victim of bullying since the beginning of the school year at Elm Street School, where he's an eight grader, a situation that has escalated lately. When she found out he had been in trouble for texting at school, she took away his phone, which led to an argument, and Alex leaving the house upset.

"Only now, I wish I hadn't. I know he thinks he's in more trouble now, but I just want him to know I love him, and I want him to come home," White said.

White said her son has had a difficult year – she's gone through a divorce, but said that Alex has a lot of people in his life who care for him, from his dad to his teammates on the PAL Force football team, and many parents and coaches. 

Alex is 5’9”, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt, red sneakers, a red sweatshirt and carrying a skateboard.  Alex was carrying a black backpack so he may have changed his clothes.
