Update: 1:35 p.m.
The following message was sent via email to parents by Nashua High Principal Keith Richard:
"Good Afternoon,
This is Keith Richard, principal of Nashua High School South, and I just wanted to let everyone know that there was a small spill of a chemical in a science class today. In taking all necessary precautions, we removed students from this classroom and nearby classrooms and had to hold movement between classrooms until the spill had been cleaned. No one was injured and there have been no reports of anyone feeling ill.
Thank you and have a great weekend,
Keith Richard"
