The tie-breaking lottery to decide who will serve as election officials in Wards 7 and 8 will take place Monday, Nov. 18, prior to the start of the recount for Ward 3 and 4 aldermanic races. The lottery will be held at 4 p.m. in the Aldermanic chambers, followed by the recounts at 6:30 p.m.
