- A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON.
- ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 5 INCHES.
- TIMING...INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
- IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DEVELOPING DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE AS ROADS BECOME SLUSH COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
- WINDS...NORTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH.
- TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S.
There were several crashes on the Everett Turnpike as the snow fell Monday morning. The speed limit on the highway was reduced to 45 mph.
