Woman Charged with Forgery

Stephanie Rollins is charged with a class B felony for alleged stealing and cashing check.

Stephanie Rollins, 33, of 38.5 Canal St., Nashua, was arrested Jan. 1, charged with forgery, a class B felony. 

The Nashua Police Department received a report of a check being stolen and forged. Members of the Uniform Field Operations Bureau furthered the investigation. As a result of the investigation Stephanie Rollins was identified as completing this act and an arrest warrant and supporting affidavit was obtained that charged Stephanie Rollins with Forgery, Class B Felony. 

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Stephanie Rollins refused bail and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on January 2, 2014.
