Announcing project Lead the Way
Southern New Hampshire's newest charter school, Windham Academy, announces its cutting-edge engineering program targeted at K-3rd graders.

“Project Lead the Way will revolutionize the way children learn, empowering them to become the leaders of tomorrow,” says Melinda Labo, the school’s director.
The school plans to successfully introduce complex subjects at a young age through appealing to the students in the ways they learn best.
“Windham Academy students deserve a variety of ways to enter into a lesson and assess their understanding. As we focus on a STEM curriculum (including reading and writing), our teaching practice requires that we learn from our students and incorporate their questions and ideas into our lessons. How exciting to invite teachers to teach the curriculum in a manner that all members of the classroom are most comfortable, and assess learning in a stress-free environment,” Labo explains.
