Caring Santa at The Mall at Rockingham Park

The Noerr Program and The Mall at Rockingham Park will a Caring Santa event dedicated to provide families a subdued and welcoming environment for children with special needs to visit with Santa. Many steps are taken to reduce sensory triggers, creating a more comforting environment for the children’s magical visit with Santa.
