Construction Planned On I-93 In Windham, Derry

WINDHAM, NH — Nighttime construction on Interstate 95 will take place starting next week near Exit 3. One of the northbound lanes will be closed and drivers are asked to use caution. The work is part of the $49 million widening and reconstruction project between Exit 3 in Windham and Exit 4 in Derry.

The work will take place from approximately 8 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday. With one of the northbound lanes being closed, traffic near Exit 3 will be reduced to one lane. Crews will be on site doing pavement marking, which will allow for final paving in that area in the next few weeks, according to the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.

Drivers are asked to use caution and obey all traffic signs. The contractor for the work is R.S. Audley, Inc. from Bow.
