Derry Man Arrested On Theft Charge: Windham Cop Log

Plus: Atkinson woman faces driving charges; gun shots reported on Ryan Farm Road; stolen vehicle recovered on I-93.

WINDHAM, NH — A missing person was reported on Ryan Farm Road at 10:07 p.m. on Oct. 4.

The sound of gunfire was reported in the area of Range Road at 8:12 p.m. on Oct. 4.

Patrick M. Eager, 57, of Squamscott Avenue in Derry, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 1, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000. He was arrested at the Salem Police Department.

Julia Maloney, 39, of Meeting Rock Drive in Atkinson, was issued a summons at 4:08 p.m. on Oct. 1, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration after a stop at the Waterhole on Indian Rock Road.

A stolen vehicle was recovered at 9:52 p.m. on Sept. 30 on I-93 North and Indian Rock Road.

Crashes were reported at 11:16 a.m. at the Mobil on the Run at Indian Rock Road, 9:14 a.m. at Haverhill Road and Briar Road at 9:14 a.m., and Haverhill Road and Red Fox Road at 9:06 a.m. on Sept. 30.
