Merrimack Premium Outlets Hosts Second Annual Deer Widows Weekend

Merrimack Premium Outlets invites the area’s most savvy bargain hunters out for the center’s second annual Deer Widows Weekend, a three-day shopping extravaganza that coincides with the opening of the general hunting season in New Hampshire. From Friday, November 11 through Sunday, November 13, wives and girlfriends left behind for the start of hunting season, or “deer widows,” can search the racks at participating merchants to bag some of the best deals of the year while taking advantage of giveaways, chances to win prizes, and more.

Throughout the weekend shoppers can visit Merrimack Premium Outlets’ on-site information center to pick up a free Bargain Hunting Guide, featuring special savings from stores including Columbia Sportswear, Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Hilfiger Kids, Under Armour, Bare + Beauty (formerly bareMinerals), Lindt Chocolates, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, J. Crew Factory, and many more.

The schedule for Deer Widows Weekend 2016 is as follows:

Friday, November 11 – 10:00a.m. – 9:00p.m.:

· Columbia Sportswear is the official registration station of Deer Widows Weekend. Register in store for your chance to win a $250 Columbia Sportswear gift card, and get the whole scoop on Deer Widows Weekend 2016.

· Join us at the VIP reception from 4:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. outside of Columbia Sportswear for a live DJ and light refreshments.

Saturday, November 12 – 10:00a.m. – 9:00p.m.:

· “Win Big Bucks” (starting at 10:00a.m.) – The first 200 bargain hunters to visit Under Armour will receive a “Win Big Bucks” scratch card with the chance to win gift cards valued at up to $100 from participating merchants or a complimentary Savings Passport. One scratch off per person, while supplies last.

Sunday, November 13 – 10:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.:

· The first 200 bargain hunters to visit Tommy Hilfiger will receive a Deer Widows Weekend Gift Bag with goodies from Merrimack Premium Outlets and participating stores. Plus, spend $150 or more and get a Tommy Blanket, while supplies last. Enjoy live DJ music at Tommy Hilfiger until 1:00p.m.

· Take a selfie with Ol’ Jack (located in front of Columbia Sportswear) and post to Facebook with the hashtag #DWWMPO16, get the most likes and win a $50 Columbia Sportswear Gift Card! Winner will be contacted via Facebook.
