Motorcyclist Dies in I-93 Crash
NH State Police said the motorcyclist, Brian Ahern of Lowell, Mass., was pronounced dead at the scene.
New Hampshire State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash on Interstate 93 in Windham.
The single-vehicle accident occurred just after midnight, June 19, in the southbound on I-93.
Police identified the driver as Brian Ahern, 52, of Lowell, Mass. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers arrived on the scene to find the motorcycle, a 2002 Harley Davidson XL1200, on its side in the high-speed breakdown lane.
Based on witness statements and evidence, State Police said the motorcycle left the western side of the road. I-93 was closed for about 45 minutes, when the high-speed lane was reopened to southbound traffic. The travel lane remained closed for over two hours.

The accident remains under investigation. Anyone with information related to the accident is asked to call State Police Troop B (603) 666-3333 and ask for Trooper Locke.
