NH Real Estate Continues to Bounce Back
New Hampshire home prices continued to rise in 2015 – but still have a bit to go to reach pre-Great Recession heights.

Real estate speculators around the Granite State hoped that the 2015 real estate market would continue to grow this year and according to prices – and recent press reports – the expectation appears to have come true.
According to the New Hampshire Business Review, from January to November, single-family home sales, prices, and actual volume, are all up compared to 2014. Supply is down and inventory is hard to find, according to realtors, but they are warning not to expect prices to rise too much.
But while the numbers are good – and getting better – they still aren’t where they used to be, according to Zillow.com.
