Windham, NH, June 11, 2018—The Last Night Committee announces that Lisa Smith is the winner of the 2018 Spring Cleanup raffle prize donated by Andy Sanford, owner of New View Landscaping in Windham. The spring cleanup, valued at up to $300, was this year’s featured raffle prize to raise money for WHS Last Night.
Lisa Smith and her husband, Roger, were both very surprised about the win. Roger said that this is the first time they have won a raffle. Lisa added, “We were just donating and didn’t expect to win anything.”
The committee congratulates the Smiths and thanks Sanford as well as the many people who bought raffle tickets to help raise money for this exciting event.
The purpose of the event is to provide a safe, sober, and fun graduation night celebration. Last Night sends graduates off on an uplifting note, making final connections with their classmates and creating special memories.
This annual event depends on community involvement. It’s the local businesses, volunteers, and donors that make this special night possible.
