Windham Company Named to Business NH Magazine List
Medicus Healthcare Solutions was recently named to the "Best Companies to Work For" list.

WINDHAM, NH – Medicus Healthcare Solutions, an award-winning national leader in healthcare staffing, has been named #4 of the “Best Companies to Work For” by Business NH Magazine, according to a press statement. Business NH Magazine partnered with the NH Businesses for Social Responsibility to select and recognize businesses that create fun and high-engagement workplaces for their employees. This year’s winners have been highlighted as companies that exemplify how developing a respectful, creative, and supportive corporate culture can bring a company to new heights.
“We are excited to be distinguished as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in New Hampshire. It has always been important to us to recognize the value of each of our employees, and provide an enjoyable and rewarding work environment,” stated Joe Matarese, FACHE, CEO and Founder. “We have been very fortunate to experience sustained growth and look forward to adding to our dedicated team of professionals as we continue to scale our business to meet the needs of our clients and providers across the country.”
Focusing heavily on employee engagement, the 2016 competition included a survey that had to be completed by at least 50 percent of a company’s workforce. In addition, employers were asked to complete an extensive survey detailing their benefits and workplace practices. The judging panel combined the collective results to recognize select companies that “exceeded the bar of excellence.”
