Barrows STEM Academy student Manuel Silva for receiving the Connecticut Academy of Science & Engineering SAFE Award at the 2019 CT Invention Convention from Congressman Joe Courtney and Senator Richard Blumenthal for his invention, The Seed Protector. This is an amazing special recognition!
